Professional development and technical excellence are monitored and discussed at the highest levels of the company through our Professional Board which is chaired by our chief executive and involves representatives from the global Professional College on a rotating basis. The Professional College comprises our 50 most senior technical experts from around the company.

To further support our professional team, we have elected to establish oneway.sys, a fully integrated global company system, rather than a more limited quality system. The company system not only meets all the requirements of ISO9001, but also incorporates documented procedures for design management, time and cost control, health and safety and environmental management.
